By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by angsa4d through the site angsa4d.club, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any or all of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and angsa4d as the platform operator. Continued use of the services following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Users who register using false identities or information, or who register an account on behalf of another party without valid authorization, will be considered to have violated these terms and may be subject to account suspension without prior notice.
To use all features of the angsa4d platform, users must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and verifiable information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning more than one account under the same name or identity may result in the deactivation of all associated accounts.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity that takes place through their account. angsa4d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to an account caused by the user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Identity verification may be required before users can make withdrawals or access certain features. Documents requested during this process are handled in accordance with angsa4d's privacy policy and are not shared with third parties without valid authorization.
Users must contact the support team immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account. angsa4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account suspected of being compromised in order to protect the user's interests.
Users of the angsa4d platform agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Violations of the above terms may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of the balance, and/or further legal action in accordance with the regulations applicable in Indonesia.
All financial transactions on the angsa4d platform use Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users can make deposits via the available methods, including interbank transfers such as BCA, Mandiri, BNI, and BRI, as well as digital wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, and LinkAja.
Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may vary depending on the chosen payment method and account verification status. Estimated deposit processing times generally range from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on each financial service provider's verification system.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. angsa4d reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawal requests if there are indications of suspicious activity or identity data discrepancies. All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate usage terms set out on the bonus terms page.
Users are responsible for all tax obligations that may arise from winnings earned through this platform in accordance with the tax regulations applicable in Indonesia. angsa4d is not responsible for users' personal tax liabilities.
angsa4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the account of any user who is found or suspected to have violated these terms of service, with no obligation to compensate for any remaining balance if the violation is proven. Users will be notified via their registered email of the reason for suspension, unless such notification would hinder an investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the angsa4d support team. Before closing an account, users are advised to withdraw any remaining balance first. Balances not withdrawn within the specified period after an account closure request may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable terms.
Accounts that have been inactive for a specified period may be subject to an inactive account policy, including possible periodic balance deductions as a maintenance fee, in accordance with prior notice sent to the registered email address.
All content on the angsa4d platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is intellectual property protected by applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from angsa4d.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services, such as game providers or payment gateways. angsa4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely the user's responsibility and is subject to each provider's own terms.
Third-party trademarks, product names, and logos appearing on this platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for reference purposes only, and do not imply any affiliation or official endorsement unless otherwise stated.
angsa4d provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or free from technical errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, angsa4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services.
angsa4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace all or part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced through the platform or sent by email to registered users at least a few days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through a mutually agreed mechanism, or if no agreement is reached, through the competent dispute resolution body in accordance with Indonesian law.
